Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a fee of 100% of the first rental day
Flight Delays / Schedule Changes:
Customers are required to inform us as soon as possible of any flight delays or changes. If no notification is received, the reservation may be cancelled 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time.
No-Show:
If the customer fails to show up and does not notify us. In such cases, the booking will be automatically canceled, and no refund or voucher will be provided.
Additional Charges:
Any outstanding charges such as fuel, cleaning, fines, or damages will be billed separately according to our terms and price list.
5. Damage & Insurance
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
Our insurance may cover certain incidents, but excess fees may still apply.
Insurance does not cover:
Negligence
Driving under the influence
Off-road use
Unauthorized drivers
Misuse of the vehicle
A damage fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned damaged.
6. Use of the Vehicle
You must not:
Allow anyone not listed on the rental agreement to drive
Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Use the vehicle for illegal activities
Smoke in the vehicle
Take the vehicle outside the permitted area/country without permission
Drive the vehicle off-road or in restricted zones
We may track vehicles using GPS for safety and anti-fraud purposes.
7. Fuel Policy
Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as at collection.
A refuelling fee may apply for shortages.
8. Breakdowns & Accidents
In the event of a breakdown, contact us immediately.
In case of an accident:
Notify us and local authorities
Do not admit liability
Provide all requested information
Failure to report incidents may result in extra charges.
